Srila Prabhupada says it's a miracle that cows can produce such a nourishing and essential food as milk, simply by eating grass.

Gravity

On a morning walk Srila Prabhupada once said the rocks that floated on the ocean leading from India to Sri Lanka and the millions of tons of water floating in sky at any moment prove that gravitational force is a farce, despite what we learn about the "physical sciences."

Technology

Despite its so-called advance, all the technology we use is subject to the "wiggle factor." The wiggle factor is the little tweaks, jerks, twists, pulls, slaps and adjustments we all use to get things to work right. We get used to certain of these manual procedures, without which our cars, computers, phones, and most electrical appliances simply won't work right.

Real George

The "father" of the United States of America is said to be George Washington, and we had to learn in school that he was born on February 22, 1732. Yuk, well we later learned that Krishna appeared 5,000 years ago and that he is the aham bija prada pita, the father of all living entities (BGAII 14.4)

There's a nice verse in the Caitanya Caritamrta that says:
"'In time, great scientists may be able to count all the atoms of the universe, all the stars and planets in the sky, and all the particles of snow, but who among them can count the unlimited transcendental qualities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead?

Growth

Krishna doesn't grow. He's timeless, eternal, perpetual, without beginning and without end. Everything in the material world, organic and inorganic, has a beginning and an end.

Who Was Jesus?

In a letter to Francois Pierre, written in1977, SrilaPrabhupada wrote, “We accept Jesus Christ assaktyavesa-avatara, an empowered incarnation of God. ”Srila Prabhupada went on to say that most people misunderstand Christ’s life and teachings.

In the West, people are generally raised in a Christian culture. It has been recorded that Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur became conversant with Biblical tradition so that he could more easily reach out to the English populace, which is still very much steeped in the Christian tradition. “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear” (John 16:12).

Chanakya Wasn't a Vaisnava

Much of Srila Prabhupada’s practical wisdom came from Canakya Pandita. This useful wisdom was often even memorized by Srila Prabhupada. Interestingly, Canakya’s pictures show horizontal Saivite markings on his forehead, indicating that he wasn’t a Vaisnava.

"Granny" Wisdom

The late Allen Ginsberg once called Srila
Prabhupada’s practical advice “Hindu granny wisdom.”
